In the Livicom app, you can use the pop-up menu on the hub settings screen to send a reboot command to the hub.
Only the owner of the site can reboot the hub remotely. Make sure that the site guard is disabled and the hub is online before sending a reboot command.
Reboot the hub using an SMS command:
Send an SMS with code 99 in the text to the phone number of the SIM card that is installed in the hub. The SMS response from the hub will confirm that the command has been accepted by the hub.
Reboot the hub using the hub's voice menu:
Call the phone number of the SIM card installed in the hub.
Press buttons 9 and 1 on your phone (in tone dialing mode) with an interval of 1-2 seconds between button presses, while listening to the voice menu.
The answering machine will inform you that the command has been accepted be the hub, for example: Restart will be performed in 15 seconds.
Follow these steps to reboot the hub using the Livicom app:
Open the «Home» screen of the Site.
In the upper right corner of the screen tap on the «gear» icon.
Tap on «Hub» to go to the hub settings screen.
Tap on the 3-dots button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap on «Reboot the hub» in the pop-up menu and confirm that you want the hub to be rebooted.

You will receive a push notification when the hub completes the reboot procedure and restores the connection to the Livicom cloud server. And the corresponding entry will appear in the event log.
The hub will synchronize all data with the Livicom cloud server during the first minute after the reboot: the lists of devices, groups, scripts, and users will be downloaded and updated. After 5 minutes the hub will request information about the financial balance of the SIM card from the mobile operator. You can check the balance in the Livicom app on the «2G/3G settings» screen.
