Firmware update

Firmware updates optimize the operation of the hub, add new features and improvements.
Only the site's owner can update the firmware of the hub. Make sure that the site guard is disabled and the hub is online before installing the update.
The Livicom system automatically checks firmware updates, so users will receive push-notifications as soon as a new version of the firmware becomes available for installation. The entry about the new version release will appear in the event log of the site.
    Follow these steps to install the update:
    • Open the «Home» screen of the Site.
    • In the upper right corner of the screen tap on the «gear» icon.
    • Tap on «Hub» to go to the hub settings screen.

    An exclamation mark is displayed on the site settings screen in the «Hub» line, when a new version of the hub firmware is released.
    • Tap on the 3-dots button in the upper right corner of the screen.
    • Tap on «Update firmware» in the pop-up menu and wait for the update to install.

    Rebooting the hub
    The hub will automatically reboot when the update is complete.
